Brand essence & background:
Vendema stands for a good harvest. A successful year. For Greek farmers, a good harvest meant not only economic gain, but also community, exchange, and celebration. "Have you harvested this year?" is more than a question—it's part of the culture. .

Idea behind it:
Together with Takis, Areti founded Vendema to offer excellent olive oils and other products in a fresh, modern style. Fine cuisine doesn't have to be elitist—it can be practical, stylish, and enjoyable for everyday use.

VENDEMA’s principles:
■ Early harvest, minimal soil disturbance, organic-biodynamic – real quality.
■ Immediate oil extraction, nitrogen storage and batch filling as required – freshness guaranteed.
■ Ideal conditions: 820 m altitude at Ammolofi (near Olympia), mild climate, glorious sunshine, perfect soils.

The product family:
A line of three olive oils—each with distinctive intensity, one particularly rich in phenols (with a health claim)—plus two specialties: Kalamon olive paste and olives. Everything to add culinary value to everyday life.

Philosophy:
Olive oil doesn't have to be boring or heavy. It's the liquid gold of gastronomy—but hey, it can be just as sexy as chocolate. And that's exactly what VENDEMA aims for.
